Change Takes Courage

Every stride forward takes courage and reaching out to a counselor makes you a courageous human! Counseling can be an exciting venture and also, at times, awaken vulnerable feelings. The goal is to bring positive change by cultivating self-awareness, finding meaning in what you’ve already accomplished and incorporating it into your future.
