THERAPY
I work with adults of all ages. I believe that along every unique life journey, people seek help for many reasons. They may seek change and support through difficult situations or desire greater balance, growth and health in a challenging season of their life. Individual and distinct passions, perspectives, hopes, fears and dreams are welcome.
GRIEF
Grief is part of life. We can grieve any loss, not just loss of life. It’s complex, full of conflict and constantly changes us. I help clients realize coping and healing strategies to use for a lifetime.
ANXIETY
My experience working with Anxiety is vast - we will incorporate self-awareness, mindfulness, and coping skills with past experiences and possible trauma(s).
EMDR
I am a trained and experienced EMDR therapist, working with clients through Anxiety, Depression and Trauma.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method. Ongoing research supports positive clinical outcomes showing EMDR as a helpful treatment for disorders such as anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions, and other distressing life experiences. Good Faith Estimate Notice
Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
